Team Lead – Hub Operations Company: Delhivery Limited Job Type: Full-Time Location: Kaniyur, Coimbatore Experience: 1–3 Years Job Description Delhivery Limited is hiring a Team Lead – Hub Operations to manage day-to-day warehouse and hub operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in logistics or warehouse operations and possess strong leadership and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates to ensure smooth hub operations.
• Manage inbound, outbound, sorting, dispatch, and shipment processing activities.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Plan manpower deployment and shift allocation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare daily operational reports and MIS.
• Drive employee engagement, discipline, and team performance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements.
• Eligibility
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, Supply Chain, or E-commerce operations.
• Prior experience in handling teams is preferred.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
