Job Description

Appzeon is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources team at Pimpri, Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an interest in recruitment, and the ability to identify, attract, and hire suitable candidates for various technical and non-technical positions. Freshers and experienced candidates with 0–5 years of experience are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, sourcing candidates through job portals, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end hiring process. Key Responsibilities

• • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical and non-technical job openings.
• • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.
• • Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• • Identify suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• • Conduct initial candidate screening and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
• • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment status using ATS/HR tools.
• • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding coordination.
• • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a positive candidate experience.
