Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Contact recruiters and HR professionals. Guide recruiters through the registration and job posting process. Follow up with recruiters to activate their accounts. Contact job seekers and assist them in completing their profiles. Help candidates upload resumes and apply for relevant jobs. Explain platform features and resolve basic queries. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Meet daily activity and onboarding goals.
