Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (Python) with 6–9 years of professional experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, backend architecture, API development, database optimization, cloud platforms, and production application deployment. Experience integrating AI/ML models, Generative AI, and data processing pipelines is highly desirable. The candidate will take ownership of technical deliverables, contribute to architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities

• • Design, architect, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications and backend services.
• • Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• • Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• • Design database schemas and optimize queries for SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• • Integrate AI/ML models, NLP, Generative AI, and third-party services into production applications.
• • Design and maintain data processing pipelines for analytics and machine learning workloads.
• • Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• • Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• • Lead technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production incident resolution.
• • Establish coding standards, testing practices, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• • Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.
• • Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated deployment workflows.
• • Mentor junior developers and support technical knowledge sharing.
• • Evaluate emerging tools and technologies to improve engineering productivity and system quality.
