Job Description

We are seeking an expert-level Software Engineer (Python) with 10+ years of professional experience to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, backend architecture, distributed systems, API design, database optimization, cloud infrastructure, and production application delivery. Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, and large-scale data processing is highly desirable. The candidate will drive technical architecture decisions, establish engineering best practices, mentor development teams, and deliver reliable, maintainable, and scalable software solutions aligned with business requirements. Key Responsibilities

• • Lead the architecture, design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade Python applications.
• • Define scalable backend architectures, microservices, and distributed application patterns.
• • Develop high-performance REST APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• • Establish coding standards, architectural guidelines, testing strategies, and engineering best practices.
• • Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• • Lead the integration of AI/ML models, LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI capabilities into production systems.
• • Design secure, highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable cloud-native applications.
• • Drive deployment automation, CI/CD practices, containerization, and infrastructure improvements.
• • Monitor system performance, conduct root-cause analysis, and resolve complex production issues.
• • Guide cloud deployments on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• • Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and support technical skill development across the team.
• • Collaborate with product managers, architects, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
• • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to engineering architecture and productivity.
• • Ensure software quality, security, maintainability, observability, and operational reliability.
