ServiceNow Developer – Mid-Level (3–6 Years)

Job Description

We are hiring experienced ServiceNow Developers with 3–6 years of experience for multiple locations across India. The ideal candidate will develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, automate business workflows, and integrate the platform with enterprise systems. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, JavaScript, ITSM modules, and platform configuration. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Implement Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Configure ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
• Develop and maintain workflows and Flow Designer automations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Customize forms, tables, notifications, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize application performance.
• Follow coding standards, security practices, and development best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and support deployments across environments.
