Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Work with forms, tables, workflows, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Learn and implement Business Rules and UI Actions using JavaScript.
• Support ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Assist with REST API integrations and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver effective business solutions.
