Senior ServiceNow Developer (6–9 Years)

Job Description

We are hiring Senior ServiceNow Developers with 6–9 years of experience for multiple locations across India. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. The role requires strong expertise in platform architecture, advanced scripting, ITSM processes, integrations, workflow automation, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications.
• Develop advanced Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Implement and optimize ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
• Design complex workflows and automations using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications.
• Develop scoped applications and reusable platform components.
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Lead technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and defect resolution.
• Review code, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage update sets, deployments, testing, and technical documentation.
• Support platform upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
