Job Description

We are hiring Scrum Masters with 0–7+ years of experience for multiple locations across India. Freshers with relevant Agile knowledge and experienced professionals are welcome to apply, subject to the employer's requirements. The ideal candidate will support Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint activities, remove blockers, track project progress, and promote continuous improvement. Candidates should have good communication, leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–7+ Years Locations: Multiple Locations Across India

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support teams in following Agile and Scrum principles.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Track sprint progress, team velocity, delivery timelines, and blockers.
• Help remove impediments and resolve dependencies affecting delivery.
• Maintain sprint boards, backlogs, project documentation, and reports.
• Promote collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Identify project risks and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support backlog refinement and sprint goal definition.
• Monitor Agile metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Help teams improve productivity and deliver business value consistently.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and Scrum principles.
• Knowledge of sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and track project progress.
• Willingness to learn Agile practices and support continuous improvement.
• Experienced candidates should demonstrate practical Scrum facilitation and delivery management skills relevant to their experience.
