MIS Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for Senior MIS Analyst who works closely with Senior Management and Functional Heads to convert operational and business data into accurate reports, actionable insights and performance driven decision. MIS & management reporting, Management review and KPI system, manufacturing performance analysis, Systems & process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• 7+ years of relevant experience in MIS, Management Reporting, Business Analytics, Performance Management or Business Intelligence.
• Experience in Manufacturing / Engineering / Automotive / Industrial sectors preferred.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel, MIS dashboards and data analysis.
• Experience in preparing Management Review Reports / MRM presentations and tracking action points.
• Strong ability to work with Senior Management and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and follow-up skills.
• High ownership, attention to detail and ability to work with strict reporting timelines.
