Job Description

MALE CANDIDATE WITH 2 Wheeler and License Responsible for driving sales of kitchen appliances and cookware through the distributor's retail and dealer network, while building brand visibility and managing relationships across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Distribution
• Identify, onboard, and manage retailers, dealers, and sub-dealers within the assigned area to expand market reach
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the distributor/company.
• Take orders from retailers, follow up on payments, and ensure timely delivery coordination with the warehouse/logistics team.
• Track and analyze sales performance of each dealer/retailer and identify opportunities to push volume.
• Manage primary and secondary sales — pushing stock from distributor to retailers (primary) and tracking retailer-to-consumer sell-through (secondary).
• Market Development
• Conduct regular market visits to existing and potential retail outlets to assess demand, stock levels, and competitor activity.
• Identify new market opportunities, untapped areas, or underserved dealers to expand distribution coverage.
• Gather and report competitor pricing, schemes, and promotional activities to management.

Professional Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Prior experience in FMCG/consumer durables/appliance distribution
• Target-driven mindset and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
