Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Lead DevOps Engineer with 5–10 years of experience to lead our DevOps initiatives, manage cloud infrastructure, automate deployment processes, and ensure the scalability, reliability, availability, and security of production environments. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Docker, Kubernetes, Linux administration, monitoring, and automation. Experience with Microsoft Azure is an added advantage. Experience: 5–10 Years Job Type: Full-Time Work Mode: On-site Locations: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune Primary Cloud: AWS Secondary Cloud: Microsoft Azure (Added Advantage) We are looking for candidates who can independently manage cloud infrastructure, drive automation, optimize deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and provide technical leadership to DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Manage AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, ALB, Auto Scaling, Route 53, CloudWatch, and related services.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, configuration management, and release processes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions for production environments.
• Ensure cloud security, IAM policies, access management, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Troubleshoot complex production infrastructure issues and optimize application performance.
• Implement high availability, scalability, reliability, and cloud cost optimization strategies.
• Manage Linux servers, networking, load balancers, DNS, and security configurations.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor DevOps engineers, and establish DevOps best practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services is an added advantage.
