HR Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with 3–5 years of professional experience to oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to build a positive workplace culture while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally.
• Monitor employee performance review cycles and support managers with evaluations.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential information.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
• Manage attendance, leave management, and HRIS data accuracy.
• Support payroll processing by coordinating employee information with finance.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
• Drive employee retention and succession planning initiatives.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover trends.
• Generate HR reports and workforce analytics for management.
• Collaborate with department heads to support manpower planning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• MBA or PGDM in Human Resource Management is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in Human Resources.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM specializing in Human Resource Management.
• HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, HRCI, CHRP, or equivalent).
• Experience in employee engagement and organizational development.
• Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
