Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate with suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Handle job postings, candidate databases, and recruitment pipelines.
• Support campus recruitment, lateral hiring, and bulk hiring activities.
• Coordinate candidate selection, offer management, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records, attendance information, and HR documentation.
• Assist in employee engagement, employee relations, and retention initiatives.
• Support HR policies, procedures, and organizational activities.
• Coordinate joining formalities, induction programs, and employee documentation.
• Build and maintain strong communication with candidates and employees.
• Support employer branding and recruitment activities through job portals and professional networks.
• Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular hiring updates.
• For experienced candidates, independently manage HR operations, recruitment targets, and team coordination as required.
