• We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as a Business Development Executive. Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience, including internships in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or EdTech, are encouraged to apply.
• Key Responsibilities
• Reach out to prospective students through phone calls and explain training programs.
• Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to support the admission process.
• Maintain and update leads in the CRM system.
• Assist in lead generation and student engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and internal teams to improve conversions.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales and admission targets.
• Requirements
• Any Graduate.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or relevant internship experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for outreach is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
