Expert ServiceNow Developer (10+ Years)

Job Description

We are hiring Expert-Level ServiceNow Developers and Technical Leads with 10+ years of experience for multiple locations across India. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise ServiceNow solution design, platform architecture, complex integrations, workflow automation, and technical delivery. This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow development, platform governance, performance optimization, and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Define platform development standards, reusable components, and technical best practices.
• Develop and review advanced scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Lead implementations across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, and other relevant ServiceNow modules.
• Design complex integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Architect scalable workflows and automation using Flow Designer and other platform capabilities.
• Drive platform performance optimization, security, governance, and maintainability.
• Lead technical reviews, resolve complex production issues, and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Mentor senior and junior developers and guide technical teams.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and project managers to define technical roadmaps.
• Oversee deployments, platform upgrades, testing, and release management.
• Ensure solutions follow security requirements, development standards, and platform best practices.
