• Role: Education Counsellor / Business Development Executive (Edtech)
• Location: Bangalore – Kalyan Nagar
• Duration: 2 to 3 Years

• Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with prospective students over the phone
• Ability to clearly and persuasively explain training programs, benefits, and offerings
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, addressing queries and concerns
• Engage with students through calls, including cold calling, to share program details
• Guide students in making informed decisions regarding courses and career paths
• Conduct regular follow-ups to support the application and admission process
• Maintain and track leads through CRM tools effectively
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) for outreach
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage follow-ups and track progress
• Collaborate with internal and marketing teams to improve engagement and conversions
• Self-motivated and eager to work in a target-driven environment
