Job Description

We are seeking a Data Scientist with 3–5 years of experience to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and generate actionable business insights. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in statistics, machine learning, data visualization, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to transform data into strategic solutions that drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics models.
• Build machine learning models to solve business problems.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
• Create dashboards and visualizations for business reporting.
• Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical teams.
• Stay updated with emerging data science tools and methodologies.
