CNC Wirecut Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
Set up and operate CNC Molly Wire cut EDM machines for job work and batch production. Read and interpret engineering drawings and job cards. Select suitable wire and machining parameters based on material and tolerance. Perform alignment, zero setting, and trial runs. Monitor machining for accuracy and surface finish. Inspect components using vernier, micrometer, and height gauge. Carry out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Maintain production and inspection records.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience: 1to2yrs
- Hands-on experience in CNC Wirecut EDM (Moly wire).
- Knowledge of machining parameters and basic Geometric dimension.
- Good inspection and measurement skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
