Accountant / Accounts Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Accountants / Accounts Assistants to join our team. Candidates should have a good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial transactions and maintaining financial records. The ideal candidates should possess strong numerical skills, attention to detail and basic knowledge of accounting software such as Tally and MS Excel. Freshers and experienced Commerce graduates are welcome to apply. Experience: Freshers to 5 Years Qualification: Commerce Graduates Locations: Bengaluru, Coimbatore Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers and payment receipts.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Support GST calculations, filing and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting reports.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Verify financial transactions and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of financial records.
